Understanding Our Customization Methods
We utilize two primary methods to bring your designs to life:
* Sublimation: This process involves transferring ink directly into the material's fibers or coating using heat and pressure. The result is a permanent, vibrant, full-
color image that won't crack, peel, or fade. It has a smooth finish and is ideal for photographic designs, intricate details, and complex full-color artwork on polyester
fabrics or specially coated items (like mugs).
* Vinyl: This method involves cutting designs from colored vinyl sheets and applying them to the product with heat (Heat Transfer Vinyl - HTV) or pressure
(Adhesive Vinyl). It offers bold, opaque colors and a slight raised texture. Vinyl is extremely versatile, great for text, logos, simple graphics, and designs requiring
vibrant, distinct blocks of color on a wide range of materials.
